1. Login to VMware vSphere Client
2. Select ESXi host. Click Configure -> Storage and choose the icon to add storage.
3. On the Add Storage wizard, choose NFS(Network File System) and click Next.
4.Provide Server, Folder & Datastore Name and Click Next

5. On the ready to complete section simply click Finish
6. Now New NFS based datastore was created
