Procedure for Creating a new Virtual Machine on VMware

Step-9 
Configure the Virtual machine's memory size (RAM) according to your requirement 

Step-10
Configure which network connection will be used bye the virtual machine
& how many NICs do you want to connect. 

Step-11
Select SCSI controller type and click Next (VMware paravirtual)
Step-12
Select create a New virtual disk & click next

Step-13
Now specify the virtual disk size according to your requirement 

Advance options do not usually need to be changed
Step-14
Click finish to start a task that will create the new virtual machine
