Create Multiple RAID using Integrated BIOS Configuration Utility

    Step 1

    Switch on your Dell Server.
    Step-2
    Press <F2> to enter System Setup Main Menu screen
    Step-3
    Click on System BIOS menu to enter system BIOS setting.
    Step-4
    Under BIOS setting –Go to BOOT setting. By default it set to UEFI Mode.
    Step-5

    Change UEFI to BIOS & click on BACK 
    Step-6
    Press Yes to save change. Click ok
    Step-7
    Click finish it gives warning message for confirm exit. Click on Yes to confirm.
    Step-8
    Reboot the server. When the server is starting up, Press Ctrl-R to launch the expandable 
    RAID PERC H730P Mini (Bus 0x1a, Dev 0x00).
    Note: Press Ctrl-R when it is displaying the following message on the console.
    This will launch the Mini BIOS configuration Utility.  

   Step-9
   From the Virtual Disk Management, use arrow key and select PERC H730P Mini(Bus 0x1a, 
   Dev 0x00)(some dell shows controller 0).Press F2 to show available operation for the PERC 
   H730P Mini (Bus 0x1a, Dev 0x00).
   Note: Select Create New VD
    Step-10
    Go to RAID MENU & Press Enter
    Step-11
    Select RAID according to your requirement.Here Selecting RAID 5.
    Step-12
    After selecting the RAID level, press TAB and jump to Physical Disks section. Now press 
    space bar to select available disk.  
    Assign VD Name. (Example DATA ) & Enter OK
   Step-13
   Read message and Press OK
   When you've entered all the above values, the whole create new virtual Disk Screen will 
    look as shown below:
